This is a SQL view that is registered with the GISPublishing database. It has a parcel polygon for every active address in NFAD_NEW (includes non-primary). Because of this, there are overlapping identical polygons for parcels with more than one address. This view is used to generate the AddressPoint feature class that is used for Open Data and in the Cartegraph address locator. It updates automatically when the Parcel_ID_Table is changed or addresses are changed in NFAD_NEW.
